FinanceCore Academy is an educational platform only. Nothing on this platform, including course content, simulations, market data, case studies, blog posts, news articles, or any other material, constitutes financial advice, investment advice, investment recommendations, trading recommendations, or any solicitation to buy, sell, or hold any financial instrument, security, or asset of any kind. All content is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes. FinanceCore Academy is NOT regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) or any other financial regulatory body. Past performance shown in simulations and case studies does not indicate or guarantee future results. By accessing or using FinanceCore Academy ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), operated by Dr. Ahmad Maaitah, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and that you accept and agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Platform.
FinanceCore Academy provides online educational content related to finance, investment banking, financial econometrics, quantitative finance, FinTech, and related subjects. The Platform offers structured courses, interactive simulations, educational games, market data displays, and blog content. All content is for educational purposes only. The Platform does not provide any regulated financial services, investment management, financial planning, tax advice, legal advice, or any other regulated professional service.
To access certain content, you must create an account. You agree to: (a) provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration; (b) maintain the security of your password; (c) accept responsibility for all activities under your account; (d) notify us immediately of any unauthorised access. You must not create accounts on behalf of others without authorisation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
FinanceCore Academy offers a free tier and paid subscription plans. Paid plans are currently in development and will be offered at prices displayed on the Pricing page. When payment processing is enabled: subscriptions will be billed monthly or annually as chosen; you may cancel at any time and will retain access until the end of the current billing period; no refunds will be issued for partial periods unless required by applicable consumer law. Prices may change with reasonable notice.
All content on FinanceCore Academy, including but not limited to course materials, text, graphics, simulations, code, databases, and the platform's visual design, is owned by or licensed to FinanceCore Academy / Dr. Ahmad Maaitah and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may access content for your own personal, non-commercial educational use only. You must not: copy, reproduce, distribute, or transmit content without written permission; create derivative works; use content for commercial purposes; remove any copyright or proprietary notices.
You agree not to: (a) use the Platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Platform; (c) scrape, harvest, or collect data from the Platform by automated means; (d) resell, sublicense, or commercially exploit any content; (e) reverse engineer or decompile any software; (f) upload any viruses, malware, or harmful code; (g) harass, abuse, or harm other users; (h) use the Platform to spread misinformation.
The Platform may display links to third-party websites, or embed third-party data (including market data). We do not endorse, control, or take responsibility for any third-party content, products, or services. Market data and news content are provided for educational illustration purposes only and may not be accurate, complete, or up to date.
The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that: (a) the Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free; (b) any content is accurate, complete, or current; (c) any simulation or case study results reflect real-world outcomes; (d) use of the Platform will achieve any particular educational or career outcome. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, FinanceCore Academy and Dr. Ahmad Maaitah shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email or prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
